Would a Canadian Retirement Pay Increase Be “Bad for Federalism”?

In an op-ed, Kelly McParland reports on the possibility of an arrangement in which Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s party would agree to additional spending for seniors in exchange for the support of the separatist party, Bloc Québécois.
