The legislature of Washington state has passed a bill, expected to be signed by the state’s governor, that would put in place sweeping net neutrality rules for internet service providers operating in the state. A number of other states have issued executive orders that restore some net neutrality requirements, but such orders are not as comprehensive as the recently passed Washington bill. Read more here.
