The Trump administration has approved work requirements for Kentucky’s Medicaid work requirements a second time, after a federal judge blocked the requirements last June. The administration did not appeal the ruling, and the case is still open. Plaintiffs have indicated their intent to seek another ruling striking down the requirements.
