Lawsuits have been filed in Illinois, Michigan, and Missouri that could clear the way for interstate shipping of alcohol by retailers to all states. The two attorneys involved hope to get a US Supreme Court ruling invalidating state restrictions, which currently limit online orders from an out-of-state retail store to 13 states and Washington, D.C.
