Obamacare Leads to Decline in Uninsured Rates

A new study finds that, under the Affordable Care Act, the uninsured rate for adults ages 19 to 64 declined in all states and the District of Columbia. The study also found that nine of the eleven states with the biggest declines in delays in seeking medical care because of cost concerns had expanded Medicaid and worked aggressively to enroll their residents in coverage.
