A group of New Hampshire legislators have filed a bill that would withhold the state’s popular vote total in presidential elections until after the members of the Electoral College have met. The goal of the legislation is to thwart efforts of the National Popular Vote to link Electoral College votes to the national popular vote. Read more here.
