The Center for the Study of Federalism and the Section on Federalism and Intergovernmental Relations of the American Political Science Association have announced that Paul Nolette and Philip Rocco of Marquette University will co-edit Publius: The Journal of Federalism for the next five years. Nolette is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Director of the Les Aspen Center for Government and author of Federalism on Trial: State Attorneys General and National Policymaking in Contemporary America (2015). Rocco is Associate Professor of Political Science who is writing on states’ roles in census-taking and also on how U.S. cities are using their American Rescue Plan Act funds to support novel community violence interventions.
