John Wolohan reports that, in the wake of the Supreme Court’s recent ruling allowing betting on sports in all states, the National Collegiate Athletic Association is lobbying Congress for a law prohibiting betting at the collegiate level. Wolohan writes that the NCAA is “dropping the ball,” prompting some colleges to take their concerns to state legislatures instead of Congress. Read more here.
