Pursuant to a grant from CSF Associates: Publius, Eric S. Zeemering has published “Comparing Governance and Local Engagement in the St. Marys River Area of Concern” in the American Review of Canadian Studies. The study focuses on local governments’ engagement in policy networks on both sides of the border in Areas of Concern designated by the 1987 Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement. Read more here.
