The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced a plan to require localities to set concrete goals for constructing additional housing for the homeless. The plan is also part of an effort to raise awareness among localities of funds available for housing through the CARES Act and the American Rescue Plan Act. Read more here.
