A federal district court in Texas has issued a preliminary injunction against the Environmental Protection Agency’s interpretation of waters of the United States. The injunction is limited to Texas and Idaho. The court stated that the agency’s interpretation of the Clean Water Act raises “serious” federalism questions. Read more here.
