The Environmental Protection Agency has issued a Notice of Intention to revise a 2020 Trump administration change to the water quality certification rule of the Clean Water Act. The EPA states that the new rule will better align “with the cooperative federalism principles that have been central to the effective implementation of the Clean Water Act.” Read more here.
