CSF Fellow Wesley Leckrone will be participating in “Drawing Districts: State and Federal Law Issues in Gerrymandering Litigation” at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Leckrone will discuss the political developments that have led to the current system of redistricting and the forces that work against change. The panel will take place on Wednesday November 8 at the law school campus in Harrisburg, PA and will be televised by the Pennsylvania Cable Network.
