Court Temporarily Halts OSHA Vaccine Mandate

The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a temporary stay of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s coronavirus vaccine and testing mandate for large employers. A number of states and organizations had filed suit directly in the circuit court under an unusual statute allowing litigants to bypass the district court. The order is a per curiam order that calls for additional briefing and expedited judicial review of the issue. Read more here.
