Annie Lo of the Brennan Center for Justice reports that a three-judge federal court has struck down Maryland’s congressional map on partisan gerrymandering grounds. Lo writes that the districting plan, created by Democrats, was a “prime example of a plan that unfairly stacks the deck in favor of one party.” Read more here.
