In honor of Constitution Day, Christine Cooke, Kyle Treasure, and Amber Maxfield spent several months studying the Constitution. They urge others to do so as well, arguing that such study can help bridge political gaps and prevent fake news. They note that study of the Constitution reveals that some political issues identified in the media as problematical actually flow from the system of federalism crafted by the framers of the Constitution.
