In an op-ed, CSF fellow Troy Smith calls for a renewal of federalism, which would include “a proper understanding of, and governing commitment to, constitutional federalism.” This, Smith suggests, “would bring the policies that affect daily lives closer to the people, thus allowing state and local governments to better represent and reflect the diverse interests and values of their citizens.” Read more here.
