California’s attorney general, on behalf of a group of 16 state attorneys general, has filed a motion to intervene in a federal lawsuit to defend the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. The lawsuit that the group in trying to intervene in was filed by Texas and several other states that seek to have the ACA declared unconstitutional. Read more here.
