Appellate Court Strikes Down Medicaid Work Requirements

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has ruled that Arkansas’s work requirements for Medicaid are arbitrary and capricious and fail to align with Medicaid’s primary purpose of providing people with health coverage.
