The Trump Administration backed away from a planned rejection of Kansas’s plan to limit lifetime Medicaid benefits to three years. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Seema Verma told reporters that the idea remains under review: “We understand that people’s circumstances change over time and that they may actually get into a job and then maybe something happens in a few years.” Read more here.
