The States and Offshore Wind Energy

In this article, Devashree Saha notes that Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island have released reports aimed at developing offshore wind production in the Northeast. Saha argues that the states should lead the way in developing policies that will boost the nation’s fledgling offshore wind-energy efforts. Saha contends it is especially important for states to do so as federal tax policies supportive of wind projects are phased out. Read more here.
