Supreme Court Considers Taking Up Online Sales-Tax Case

In this op-ed, David Herzig notes that Supreme Court precedent holds that online sellers do not have to collect sales taxes in states where they do not have a physical presence. South Dakota has asked the Supreme Court to re-examine this issue.
