CMS Issues Medicaid Work-Requirement Guidance

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has sent a letter to state Medicaid directors offering guidance on requiring Medicaid recipients to work or prepare for jobs to continue to qualify for the program. Ten states already have such requirements lined up, pending federal approval. Read more here and here.
