Attorneys General Back Minnesota in Anti-Discrimination Case

Nineteen state attorneys general have filed an amicus brief supporting Minnesota and its anti-discrimination law in a case involving a media production company that wanted to post an online statement that the owners believe marriage should be only between a man and a woman. US District Judge John Tunheim said last year that posting such language "is part of the act of sexual orientation discrimination itself." Read more here.
